 Blueprint is looking for a Sr. Salesforce Production Developer to join us as we build cutting-edge technology solutions! This is your opportunity to be part of a team that is committed to delivering best in class service to our customers.
 
 In this pivotal role, you will lead the shaping and execution of communication strategies, ensuring effective internal and external communication across various global platforms. This is a senior-level position with elevated responsibilities and increased engagement with leadership.
 
 Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans that seamlessly align with organizational goals, contributing to a strategic and cohesive approach.
• Collaborate with the line manager to review and enhance existing code, ensuring optimal functionality and adherence to quality standards.
• Lead the development and execution of traveler communications across email and push platforms in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring a unified and impactful messaging experience.
• Manage sophisticated customer segmentation, testing methodologies, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for precision in campaign optimization.
• Ensure accurate delivery of communications across numerous segments with meticulous attention to detail, maintaining a high standard of quality.
• Own the delivery schedule for assigned campaigns, tracking progress, and providing timely updates, ensuring seamless execution.
• Build and manage audience segments strategically, contributing to targeted impactful communications.
• Troubleshoot technical and data issues related to email and push communications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will be considered.
• Proven experience in executing large-scale direct customer programs.
• Expertise with SFMC, AMP scripts, HTML/CSS, and strong experience in crafting impactful email and app communications.
• Structured approach to complete User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and testing processes, with guidance from line managers.
• Advanced technical skills, showcasing the ability to find solutions independently.
• Build productive relationships with stakeholders and partners.
• Confidence in handling highly complex tasks with a focus on data and personalization.
• Proficient in building templates based on Figma files, with the ability to create templates from scratch.
• High proficiency in reading scripting and understanding data variables.
• Creativity and adaptability in template building, steering away from a cookie-cutter approach.
• Positive attitude, proactive problem-solving, and ability to work independently.
• Hands-on interaction with upper leadership and collaboration with managers to understand briefs.
• Emphasis on creating personalized communications with data elements and handling dynamic materials.
• Experience with high volumes (5 MIL and above) in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Salary Range

Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $95,600 - $119,300 USD/annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate's qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
