Job Title: ServiceNow Developer
Employment Type: Full-Time, Long-Term Role
Location: Remote from Portugal
Time Zone: The client operates in the ET time zone.
Industry: Enterprise Software & Cloud Consulting.

We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer for our team! The project operates in the Enterprise Software & Cloud Consulting sector and is based in Atlanta, GA. It provides strategic SAP and cloud migration solutions, helping businesses optimize operations and drive digital transformation through tailored consulting and implementation services.

Responsibilities:

Implement and configure new ServiceNow modules based on business requirements.
Work on integrating new groups into ServiceNow for request management.
Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications and external tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve and automate ticket creations and notifications within ServiceNow.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide technical solutions.
Ensure the platform remains optimized, secure, and scalable as we continue to expand its capabilities.
Ensure regular follow-up and proactively keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.

Basic Qualifications:

Intermediate/Advanced English skills with strong communication abilities.
Self-motivated, quick learner, and adaptable to new technologies and legacy systems.
Thrives in a team environment, actively contributes to collaboration, fostering a sense of community.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to issue resolution. Embraces new ideas to enhance problem-solving processes.

Qualifications:

Strong experience with ServiceNow development and workflow and integration experience with SAP EC, and optionally Sailpoint.
ServiceNow with FORMS experience.
Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and technical teams.
Experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module.
Familiarity with ITSM processes.
Understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices.
