Job Title:Python Developer
 
 Hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 remote)
 
 Location: McLean, VA

 Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Python code.
• Develop RESTful APIs and backend systems for web and data-driven applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including front-end developers, DevOps, and data engineers.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure software quality and reliability.
• Maintain and improve code quality through code reviews and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications in production environments.
• Stay current with Python ecosystem developments and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Python development.
• Solid experience with one or more Python frameworks: Django, Flask, FastAPI.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and web services.
• Proficiency with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) or NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Experience working with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
