Join our innovative team in Colorado Springs as an Assistant Project Manager, overseeing ground up federal and complex commercial projects nationewide and contributing to our commitment to quality and community impact in a vibrant and inclusive work environment.

  • Support the Project Manager in daily project operations and decision-making.
  • Assist in the development and management of project schedules and budgets.
  • Coordinate communication between subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and meeting minutes.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Help prepare reports and presentations for project updates and stakeholder meetings.
  • Assist in identifying and resolving project-related issues or conflicts.
  • Participate in project planning meetings and contribute ideas for improvement.

 Backlog of projects already awarded Great Work Life Culture

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management (strongly preferred)
  • 1-3 years experience managing federal and complex commercial projects
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and materials.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Proficient in construction management software and tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
