Lead Engineer - Full Stack

Description:

Provide technical leadership in the design, integration, implementation, and transition of enterprise SaaS human services systems.
Design architectural approaches for configurability in data creation, integrations, workflows, notifications, and data persistence.
Understand and synthesize integration requirements and develop recommendations based on business objectives, product roadmap, solution architecture, and technical considerations.
Develop Casebook platform functionality using modern frameworks and tools.
Specify and troubleshoot API integrations in a multi-system ecosystem.
Collaborate with client stakeholders, partners, product managers, designers, platform architects, and other engineers.
Stay updated on and use leading-edge technologies.
Implement systems that address the needs of vulnerable populations.
Contribute to secure, extensible, reusable, and highly tested system architectures, software, interfaces, components, data structures, and algorithms.
Introduce new AI tools and technologies to enhance feature development, testing, and approval.

Requirements:

CD; bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience building multi-tier web applications (Java preferred);
microservices experience;
utilizing OpenAPI standards to deliver RESTful web services;
integrating with external systems using OpenAPI;
strong experience with React, TypeScript, MaterialUI, GraphQL, Java, Spring Boot;
experience with Apache Kafka, ElasticSearch, ElastiCache, PostgreSQL, Redis, S3, Redshift;
leadership in performance testing;
experience with automated build, release, and CI;
major IT application implementation efforts;
ability to synthesize information and remove roadblocks;
experience in SaaS organizations;
solid background in software engineering principles;
strong analytical and technical skills;
experience in agile development projects;
use of version control systems like Git;
experience with IT security architecture;
experience with software testing including test planning, integration, and load testing.
