What Will I be Doing?

The Lead Engineer needs to understand the needs of the business along with the technical tools to achieve the department's goals. The ideal candidate is one who is an experienced technology leader, self starter, articulate, multi-tasker, and can function as part of a high performing team. A commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is essential.

Additional Responsibilities include:

• This is a Mobile Lead Developer position focused on building cross-platform mobile applications using Kotlin Multiplatform and Swift
• Leading the design and development of scalable, high-performance mobile apps for both iOS and Android
• Collaborating with backend/API teams to integrate RESTful services into mobile applications
• Translating functional requirements and UI/UX designs into high-quality code
• Supporting and enhancing existing mobile applications in production
• Strong experience with Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile (KMM), Swift (iOS), and Jetpack Compose or SwiftUI
• Familiarity with modern mobile CI/CD tools and deployment pipelines
• Working closely with product owners, designers, and QA for full lifecycle delivery

• BA/BS/Bachelor's Degree
• Kotlin, Swift, Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript
• Web API
• Experience with RESTful APIs Preferred Qualifications:
