JOB SUMMARY
Concentrix is looking for a resource to support daily operations of their internal IT development teams and other stakeholders. The team member would be an extension of the current desk-side support team
Responsibilities
Responding to user queries via various channels (phone, email, chat, etc.) and assisting with troubleshooting
Identifying the root cause of problems and guiding users through solutions.
Tracking and prioritizing requests, ensuring timely resolution, and communicating updates to users
Qualifications
Good knowledge of rudimentary IT Support (Windows, PCs,MS Office, Customer Service)
Good phone skills
Good documentation skills
Able to learn on the fly
Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow) is a plus
Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems
Comfortable with using knowledge articles for troubleshooting
Collaborating with developers, QA, and end users

The base salary range for this position is $30.53- $45.80 hourly (pay rate will not be below applicable minimum wage) , plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays and paid learning days.
