Job Summary: Our client is seeking a IT Solutions Analyst to join their team! This position is located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Duties: Contribute to the project implementing ServiceNow SAMPro, as the company moves from FNMS to SAMPro Add entitlement information to SAMPro Validate deployment metrics and work to resolve any discrepancies Determine compliance by comparing entitlements to deployments Execute communications and processes necessary to address compliance issues and other discrepancies Develop and improve integrations with other systems and processes within the environment Work in strong partnership with the SAM team, partners, and stakeholders across the organization as SAMPro is deployed Ensure that processes are adhered to, partner concerns are addressed, and objectives are met Complete assigned tasks on time and in alignment with project deliverables Administer or assist with the process workflows related to the purchasing of software renewals Desired Skills/Experience: 7+ years of relevant professional experience 1+ year of hands-on experience with ServiceNow Software Asset Management Professional Strong background in software asset management, including tracking, compliance, and lifecycle oversight Proficient in navigating and managing content within SharePoint Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel Experience with SAP, specifically with purchase requisitions and purchase orders Solid understanding of backend financial processes related to software licensing, including budgeting, procurement, and vendor management Benefits: Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance Plans 401K offered $31.00 - $45.00 (est. hourly rate)
