Overview:

As an IT Site Services Engineer, you will be a key technical resource responsible for providing IT infrastructure support for sites, with a focus on user experience and Microsoft Intune device management. This role ensures the efficient delivery of IT services while working closely with cross-functional IT teams to maintain, optimize, and enhance site infrastructure. What You'll Do:

· Act as a liaison with site leaders to optimize the user experience with IT infrastructure services, including Telecom, Network, Wireless, Computers, Servers, Phones, Printers, and Video Surveillance.

· Provide expert-level support and administration of Microsoft Intune, including device enrollment, compliance policies, application deployment, Autopilot provisioning, patching and BitLocker encryption.

· Manage and troubleshoot Mobile Device Management (MDM) policies and security configurations across Windows, iOS, and Android devices.

· Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures for Intune, endpoint security, and device compliance to support IT teams and end-users.

· Continuously monitor and analyze Intune performance metrics, identify trends, and proactively address potential service disruptions.

· Support the integration, optimization, and security of OT systems within the sites.

· Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for ManageEngine products, including ServiceDesk Plus, Asset Management, and Account Manager.

· Facilitate IT infrastructure projects, including site integrations, new location setups, and IT modernization initiatives.

· Ensure IT standards/best practices are implemented for infrastructure security and endpoint management.

· Frequent travel to sites to perform maintenance, troubleshooting, integrations, deployments, and collaboration. What You'll Need:

· Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

· Extensive hands-on experience managing Intune, Autopilot, and MDM administration.

· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), Entra-ID, Microsoft 365, and Windows 10/11.

· Expertise in security and compliance policies (BitLocker, Conditional Access, Defender for Endpoint).

· Proficiency with ManageEngine tools, including ServiceDesk Plus and Asset Management.

· Experience in IT service management principles (ITIL) and incident resolution processes.

· Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for endpoint and infrastructure-related issues.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, independently or as part of a team.
