IT Project Manager

Genesis10 is currently looking for an IT Project Manager with experience managing a variety of IT projects within a PMO. Must be able to go on site 5 days week in downtown Atlanta GA.
 
 Role Overview:
The Project Manager work in PMO environment and manage a variety of IT Project will oversee the technology aspects of designing, planning, and executing. Project Manager needs strong budgeting, project plans, status reports, technology project experience

Key Responsibilities:
 
Project Governance 

• Develop and manage project timelines for all infrastructure-related tasks.
• Enforce adherence to established governance policies by monitoring project deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
• Identify and document risks and issues (RAID), while escalating as necessary to program leadership.
• Vendor Management
• Coordinate with vendors
• Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations and deliverables.
• Collaboration and Communication
• Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.
• Regularly update leadership on project progress, risks, and mitigations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree required/Highly Preferred
• Proven experience in IT project management, doing a variety IT projects in a fast paced environment working in a PMO
• Strong vendor management and procurement skills.
• Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint).
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting project data and identifying trends.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement and team collaboration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for presentations.

Compensation:
Hourly pay rate: $70-$75/hr W2
 
We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with various rate ranges.
