Aspirus Stevens Point Hospital in Stevens Point, WI is seeking an IT LOGISTICS COORDINATOR to join our INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY team!
 
The IT Logistics Coordinator is an effective point of coordination between Operations, Facilities, Clinical Engineering, and all IT Teams (e.g., planning, cost eliminating, communication, escalation). This individual ensures that all IT requests not managed by the PMO are well coordinated between all entities to maximize value during delivery of services. This individual reports to the Regional IT Manager and oversees coordinated work efforts involving multiple IT teams, Operations, Clinical Engineering and Vendors. Typical projects include: 

• Moving or upgrading clinical areas based on changes to facilities or service lines.
• Coordinating and scheduling refresh of IT devices and hardware
• Coordinating IT activities associated with clinical devices and hardware.

This individual mentor’s project teams and promotes a team environment. Works collaboratively with the Regional Manager, IT Managers and Regional Team Lead to ensure projects and MACDs are appropriately resourced. Acts as a liaison to the customer and Information Technology by promoting customer service at all levels. In conjunction with the Regional IT Manager and System IT Operations Director, supports the goals and direction of the department and organization.
 
 HOURS: Full-Time or 1.0 FTE, 80 hours every 2 weeks.
 
 Experience/Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Information Systems or related field
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Health Care Information Technology related role supporting end-user devices in a hospital or clinic setting.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working on IT projects related to healthcare technology.
• Required; ITIL 4 Foundation Certification
• Recommended; Successful completion of one or more of the following IT certifications; Microsoft Exam MD-100, Microsoft Exam MD-101, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+.

• Possesses analytical skills necessary to develop and implement appropriate changes to programs and systems.
• Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills to work effectively with a team environment.
• Thorough knowledge of operational processes and process improvement is beneficial.
• Demonstrates critical thinking and reasoning skills.
• Ability to serve as project resource on small to medium projects.
• Ability to work on multiple priorities effectively.
• Ability to prioritize conflicting demands.
• Ability to execute assigned project tasks within established schedule.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
