This position is for an IT Customer Support Engineer with experience working in the medical device industry (or a similar industry) to join a global medical device manufacturing organization. This role requires 4 days on-site in Beverly, MA.
 
 The IT Customer Support Engineer's responsibilities will include: 

• Be a go-to IT support & troubleshooting specialist
• Work in an in-house support team and provide in-house customer support for the organizations portfolio
• Being highly collaborative and communicative and handle complex technical issues by working closely with other members of the support team.
• Utilize the organizations CRM system (Salesforce) to ensure all data is accurate
• Train clients and customers
• Be willing to go the extra mile for the organization

 The IT Customer Support Engineer will have the following experience: 

• Bachelors Degree
• 3+ years IT Support experience
• Advanced understanding of Microsoft based PC's (Hardware & Software).
• Medical Device industry experience (or similar highly regulated industry experience) is preferred
• Experience working in an ISO 13485 regulated company
• Excellent communication both written and verbal is a must
