 In order to be eligible for employment with Ricart, you must possess and maintain a valid driver's license that contains 6 points or lower, and be able to pass an initial drug and background screening.
 
 About the role: The IT Associate provides technical support and assistance to all employees ensuring the smooth and reliable operation of IT systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure. Responsible for troubleshooting IT issues and assisting all users.

Responsibilities

Troubleshooting PC

● Must be able to perform basic troubleshooting of PC

○ Windows 10 and 11.

○ Windows Server 2012 R2 & 2019

○ Managing Windows Active Directory user provisioning and implementing group policies

Google Workspace administration

● Set up and managing user accounts

● Service configuration

● Managing security and access permissions

● Monitoring the Google Workspace environment

Network troubleshooting and maintenance

● Toning and terminating ethernet cables

● Basic Fortinet network administration

● Working knowledge of SSL and Telnet

● Network printer troubleshooting

Cisco Webex user and device administration

● User management

○ Adding and removing users

● Assigning administrative roles

● Managing licenses

● Device management

○ Registering and deregistering devices

○ Managing device settings

ADP and CDK management

● IT support

● Systems maintenance

Security camera administration and setup

● System installation and configuration

● System maintenance to ensure cameras are working properly and recording as

scheduled

● Access Control and verification

● Implementing security protocols to protect the camera system from unauthorized access

and cyber threats

Administration

● Frequent travel between dealerships as necessary

● Responsible for internal helpdesk related calls and tickets
