Darigold is seeking an experienced Oracle Data Warehouse Developer to design, develop and optimize data warehouse solutions that integrate data from Oracle Cloud ERP and other business applications within a Microsoft-based environment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle data warehousing concepts and hands-on experience with data integration tools, ETL processes and performance tuning.

What You Will Do:

• Data Warehouse Design & Development
• Design and implement efficient data warehouse architectures, including star schemas, snowflake schemas and data marts.
• Develop data models to support business intelligence, analytics and reporting requirements.
• Oracle Cloud ERP Integration
• Extract, transform and load data from Oracle Cloud ERP modules (e.g., Financials, Supply Chain) into the data warehouse.
• Collaborate with Oracle Cloud ERP functional and technical teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity and alignment with business needs.
• ETL/ELT Processes
• Develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes to integrate data from multiple sources (including Oracle Cloud ERP, Microsoft applications and other third-party systems).
• Use best practices to optimize data movement, storage and processing.
• Performance Tuning & Optimization
• Monitor and troubleshoot database and query performance, implementing optimizations and indexing strategies.
• Continuously improve data warehouse performance, scalability and reliability.
• Microsoft Platform Integration
• Work with Microsoft technologies (e.g., SQL Server, Azure Data Factory, SSIS) to facilitate integration of Oracle Cloud ERP data and other data sources.
• Build pipelines to move data from on-premises and cloud-based systems to Microsoft-based data solutions.
• Data Governance & Quality
• Implement and maintain data quality checks, data validation and data lineage to ensure high-quality, reliable data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enforce data governance best practices and standards.
• Collaboration & Communication
• Partner with business analysts, data analysts and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-impact data solutions.
• Document technical processes, standards and procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and improve development efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.
• Continuous Improvement & Innovation
• Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in data warehousing, Oracle Cloud ERP and Microsoft data platforms.
• Proactively recommend and implement innovations to enhance existing processes and solutions.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Oracle-based data warehouse design, development and maintenance.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP (Financials, Supply Chain or other relevant modules) and its data structures.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies for data integration (e.g., SQL Server, SSIS, Azure Data Factory).
• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL.
• Experience in developing data warehouses using Oracle Database, Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) or similar ETL tools.
• Familiarity with Microsoft BI stack (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS) or Azure services (Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse Analytics) is a plus.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing principles, data modeling (star/snowflake schemas) and indexing strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt and implement new technologies and processes.
