The Associate Attorney will play a key role in delivering high-quality legal services in non-litigation matters. This position focuses on transactional work, ensuring the smooth execution of real estate and business deals while managing compliance and regulatory standards. The role is ideal for an attorney with a meticulous eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for helping clients navigate complex transactions. Compensation and Benefits • Salary range: $100,000+ depending on experience • Paid Time Off • Growth Potential • Benefits Responsibilities: • Reviewing titles, surveys, and loan documents. • Drafting and evaluating deeds, contracts, and leases specifically for clients. • Overseeing property settlements and issuing title insurance. • Managing IOLTA escrow accounts for compliance. • Conducting audits to ensure legal and procedural accuracy. Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess: • A Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active admission to the state bar. • 2+ years of experience in transactional law, with a focus on real estate and business transactions. • Strong expertise in title insurance, loan documentation, and escrow management. • Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • A commitment to delivering superior client service.
