Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious AI Developer to join our team. This role is perfect for a go-getter who is passionate about artificial intelligence and machine learning.

This is a permanent position with a nationwide consumer marketing company. Fully remote in a dynamic and engagement team.

The ideal candidate will have some experience in AI/ML and a strong desire to understand our business and customers. You will be instrumental in proposing and developing AI-driven solutions, staying updated on the latest technologies, and bringing to life various natural language processing (NLP) use cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• AI Solutions Development: Design and implement AI/ML models and algorithms to solve business problems and enhance customer experiences.
• NLP Use Cases: Identify, develop, and deploy NLP applications that improve operational efficiency and customer engagement.
• Technology Monitoring: Stay abreast of trends in AI and ML technologies, tools, and methodologies; evaluate their applicability to our business.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs; translate these into technical solutions.
• Research & Prototyping: Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and create prototypes to demonstrate potential solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Some experience in AI/ML development; internships or project work in relevant fields will be considered.
• Familiarity with AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Experience with NLP technologies; familiarity with models like LLaMA.
• Strong analytical skills and a passion for leveraging AI to solve real-world problems.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
